Not everything is always visible.  We are not allowed to remove wall cladding, flooring, or any other part of the property for inspection.  We can only inspect what we can readily see.

All major appliances do eventually break.  You should be aware of common wear signs that indicate upcoming failure especially while you still have a warranty.
